February 2017: Emails stopped coming to my Outlook on my computer - Microsoft Community


all of emails going online outlook.com; however, quit delivered outlook software on computer.

what happened?

to resolve issue, suggest repair outlook profile. repairing profile can diagnose , fix connection issues in outlook. repair, refer following link: fix outlook email connection repairing profile.

if issue persists, recommend reconnect outlook 2016 outlook.com account. reconnect, refer how reconnect account section in following link: reconnect outlook 2016 or outlook 2013 outlook.com uninterrupted email access.
