Missing Global Address Book in the Outlook 2016 (Office 365) - Microsoft Community


microsoft outlook 2016 (office 365)

when address book opened, , drop down list of contacts , address books clicked, global address book (global contacts) missing , not 1 of choices. can me problem? thanks.

to solve missing global address book in outlook 2016, account should configured via exchange mode.  since under exchange mode have problem of user authentication users not log in office 365 account, need fix previous issue first.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
