Organization Chart Add-In - Font button has no response - Microsoft Community


greeting all,

i meet problem while i'm going change font in the organization chart add-in (open from the powerpoint, office2010, win7).

 

while i click the text-font button in menu of add-in, there nothing happen, other buttons ‘text-color’ works.

the font button works in other applications word, excel, powerpoint(not in add-in).

 

i have reset registry key powerpoint, upgraded office 2010 office 2016, issue still exists.

does has solution problem?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
