Outlook 2016: default reply/send email address always defaults - Microsoft Community


i have number of email accounts use outlook 2016 support emails.

of these, 3 hotmail/outlook accounts, 3 pop3 or imap accounts.

if want send new email,from of accounts, default send address primary outlook account (i.e. 1 log windows 10 on laptop with). despite outlook 2016 settings defining primary account 1 of pop3 accounts.

if want reply/forward fro of pop3 or imap accounts, ditto defaults primary outlook account sender/reply address (all of settings appropriately datafilled correct reply addresses/send addresses pop/imap accounts). replies/forwards of outlook/hotmail accounts, send address correctly sent approriate account, however.

this seems have changed in last couple of months - before sends/replies correct & appropriate accounts -  please?

this known issue have submitted fix.  in meantime have posted workaround in topic under known issues, https://support.office.com/en-us/article/reconnect-outlook-2016-or-outlook-2013-to-outlook-com-for-uninterrupted-email-access-cda1751d-9503-40bf-bf76-e79454ac5eb3?ui=en-us&rs=en-us&ad=us.  workaround next last known issue.  please give try , see if work you.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
