Outlook 2016 sends emails multiple times - Microsoft Community

i install office 2016 on mac, however, sometime, when reply 1 email, send multiple ones @ same time. it's quite annoying

thank information. understand after have disabled inbox rules on outlook 2016 mac, issue not occur. please analyze inbox rules have set if has function copy or forward mail folder duplicate email appears. need check both inbox rules on owa , on outlook client.

next check whenever create rules, make sure there check on "do not apply other rules messages meet same conditions"

also check if access email on other mobile device. try sign-out account on mobile device app , test again if issue occurs.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
