Outlook export to CSV has some birthdayes and anniversaries out by one - Microsoft Community


hi there,

please excuse me if in wrong arena i've been trying solve issue sync lg , samsung phone dates showing on day off.

my sisters birthdate, 20th, correct on outlook , outlook.com on lg , samsung data shows 19th. in tracing issue exported data outlook csv , lo , behold export data shows 19th.

i have found 1 anniversary doing same thing.

any ideas?

this issue can caused incorrect date , time setting on phone.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
