Sign in Outlook.com - Microsoft Community


i can not sign in outlook.com on android mobile using shortcut outlook app v.2.1.211 installed.  after uninstalling , reinstalling app "get started" screen puts me in continuous loop; email adress, password, l "get started" screen.  i can use mobile retrieve email manually going outlook.com website , using same signin data app keeps asking for. cumbersome work-around.  what can do?

uninstalling , reinstalling outlook app 1 step can do. however, since tried that, check if there's available update, , try updating outlook app. if it's still same, then, due compatibility issue current os of mobile phone , app.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
