Cannot activate - Microsoft Community


hi, encountered error ms office 2016 today, error appeared occur outlook. tried repair office recommended using repair tool. did not appear work restarted computer few times see if outlook still not loading mails/contacts etc.. tried run online repair facility. appears have reloaded office. requires me activate office. not recognise email address since have changed since bought product. cannot access outlook archive files retrieve information since outlook not open them. stuck non functioning suite of office programs can no longer access , apparently no way retrieve information allow activate office suite. can please assist.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
