Duplicate meetings in Outlook 2016 Mac - Microsoft Community


one of our users has multiple shared calendars looks after 

- these calendars active users within our organisation has access , manages calendar them.

- gets duplicate meeting requests other users coming up.

- believe may syncing issue? users occurring have email on phone, macbook pro , has access.

- way fix removing shared calendar , readding takes time , keeps happening.

- advise appreciated.

duplicates issue can caused multiple reasons. mostly, happened when trying synchronize items across 2 or more devices. issue randomly occur shared calendars or specific shared calendar?

 

in addition, need collect troubleshooting log further analysis. how enable logging in outlook mac.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
