Missing contacts - Microsoft Community


sync contacts list exchange server, office 365. on weekend, huge portion of contacts went missing, , largely contacts 2.5 years ago till last weekend. confirm i've not changed settings nor deleted contacts. has been working me fine @ least 6 years prior.

thanks private message. according information, understand account located in office 365 exchange online , “missing contacts” synced contacts app of android mobile device enabling “sync contacts”.

 

if can’t find contacts in owa either, means “missing contacts” disappears in server side. experience, can let administrators create in-place ediscovery search try recovering them. here 2 articles reference:

note: please select contacts message type when performing search you.

 

if search result empty, can’t recover contacts then.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
