Outlook doesn't start - Microsoft Community


whenever click outlook (doesn't matter if on desktop, taskbar or original file location)

when open task manager shows process multiple times as can see in picture.

it open when spam it, should fixed because our company annoyed this.

windows 10 v1607 build 14393.693

office 2016 v1612 build 7668.2074

e3 enterprise licenses.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
