Outlook.com people are not syncing with Outlook 365 people - Microsoft Community


i've noticed contacts (people) in outlook.com on internet not syncing contacts (people) in outlook 365 installed on windows 10 pc.

my account set microsoft exchange account in outlook 365.

how can 2 things sync please?

are accessing outlook.com on web browser, or mobile phone, notice missing data?

in ms outlook there sync issues folder?

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
