Redirect to 'Get Outlook on your phone for free' message - Microsoft Community


hi

each time make change outlook account settings on laptop, on exit account settings, continually being re-directed web page 'get outlook on phone free' message. 

i have installed outlook phone on iphone 7 (and not impressed app) how can stop intrusive , unwelcome re-directing microsoft site?

  • are trying access email using outlook application or outlook.com through web?
  • if trying access email through web, did try use browser test if encounter same issue?
  • do click link or x button exit account settings?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
