Unlicensed Product - Microsoft Community


i purchased microsoft office 365 subscription 12/16/2016 install on computers , have had unlicensed product 3 (3) times since installing.  called tech line , after several people messed around in machine , not fixing problem bumped high level of tech in first 2 times fixed problem.  the second 1 took 5 days , 7 techs find out did not know doing.  this appears ongoing problem , should elevated programmers fix overseas tech support not that.  on last involvement, today, tech made statement not first or time has happened.  i don't know if community can frustration setting in microsoft.
