my account spammed weekend , 'undeliverable' message appears every time attempt send email. appears have been blocked´as not being recognised valid sender. please issue?

may know whether using office 365 exchange online mailbox? if so, office 365 admin, can unblock blocked office 365 email account. more detailed information, please refer article:
removing user, domain, or ip address block list after sending spam email moreover, please provide detailed non delivery report (ndr) via private message further analysis.
