hi tomasz,

if requirement creating read-only access whole shared mailbox all folders, need assign full access permission. the shared mailbox automatically display in folder pane in outlook.

only if user assigned send permission, he/she can send shared mailbox.

if want add folder-level permission, can refer larry’s steps.

i did research , tested on side. there no command can meet requirement directly.

we can assign read , send restrict delete users mailbox folder level. need run following command assign folder permissions 1 one:

get-mailbox -recipienttypedetails usermailbox | foreach-object { add-mailboxfolderpermission sharedmailbox@domian.com:\inbox –accessrights reviewer –user $_.name}
