i open outlook , emails may load nothing , shows not responding

hi david,

 

regarding “shows not responding”, let know more details symptom? outlook client crash or hang? there error message shows when issue occurs? if so, please catch screenshot of error message , provide us. also, please give screenshot of “emails may load”. these screenshots can directly know kind of issue experiencing.

 

to better understand current situation, tell detailed version of outlook mac client using? in addition, type of account have configured on outlook client, gmail account, hotmail.com account or other account? try reproducing issue on our side , further troubleshooting solve it.

 

meanwhile, i’d know if kind of issue occurs before. have changed setting or installed application before issue occur?

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
