i work company shares 1 support email.
we reply , forward emails , can see everything.
my question is:
since have share email work load, if there way when pull email (let's pull (or click , drag) email 1 of own personal folders) disappear other users dont accidentally reply same email twice.
let me know if need other clarifications

based on description, mean queue email in process of clicking , draging others cannot operate on email?
if yes, answer no. other cannot operate on email after have moved successfully, , procedure needs time take effect.
