Can not search in Mac Outlook - Microsoft Community


hello microsoft office 365.

i utilize outlook mac on macbookpro (late2016) using sierra os10.12.2.

i having several issues:

1.  i can not search in outlook mac. gives me "no results found" if before started typing see item searching on (to test). searching several hours tonight, see has been significant problem since 2011. there fix bug?

2.  when type in search bar search in outlook mac, no typing appears @ all. have checked font color , size. have changed font color , size. nothing helps. suggestions?

3. when type in subject line in new email, no typing appears. have typed appears after have hit enter/return button , shows up. how fix this? suggestions?

i sincerely forward finding solutions these problems.

outlook mac version using?

regarding "no search results" issue, please refer article outlook mac search returns "no results," , task items not displayed

moreover, may try troubleshoot “no typing appears” issue via creating new mac user profile , performing clean reinstall latest outlook 2016 mac application program see whether problem still occurs.
