as firm have office 365 pro
we have email address firm has loaded onto outlook use filling system client related correspondence. thus has access client's correspondence.
some users having issue , status 'discounted microsoft exchange' hence folders not updating.
i've taking off cache, removing account , reinstalling it, running microsoft outlook inbox repair tool etc , nothing seems working.
not experiencing same issues some.
the size of mail box 27mb within our 50mb limit , there approx 25 users of email account (not sure if may people have access a/c - we're small firm compared microsoft's capabilities)
advice appreciated.

generally, don't support mutiple users use 1 office 365 account @ same time. may cause synchronization related issues. if have requirement, i recommend use shared mailbox , doesn't need licenses.
