folder in outlook email i cannot delete there listed as old emails. I - Microsoft Community


hi, have old folder old email address, why folder not know >> getting alerts outlook saying there comflicts folders in email.. went in & deleted folders//   there is  2 folders showing email address.. not let me delete  thos 2 called folders.. had old email @ yahoo.com  live email recover.. deleted yahoo account months ago.. showing folder in outlook (  live )  email outlook.. old email address of     h**********7@hotmail showing folder        in outlook ( live )  email.. these 2 folders have culprit of problem outlook email.. have been soooooooooo frustrated.. tho when ( helpers ) in community sends me message.. says view message.. cannot view u send it.. cant delete these 2 folders in *** email address removed privacy ***     email  

 what going do>> use s**************e@liveemail address banking >. legal stuff.. main email address.

   please send me info can open & read  outlook    on how go in & delete 2 folders..  have outlook app on phone .. have outlook app on laptop.. gettingno where.. why????????? can't view emails outlook community help??????????????  someone.. please me.. your  time.

there several ways troubleshoot issue need clarify information first. please provide following:

  • which version of office outlook using on laptop?
  • have tried use web browser , check emails?
  • are these emails connected or linked outlook.com account?
  • have made recent changes or received update before issue occurred?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?

we'd appreciate additional information may provide.
