No emails found in folders after importing Outlook 2016 .pst backup - Microsoft Community

i 've tried many times in importing backup .pst file current outlook 2016 empty folders imported. no email content can found in each folder. i'm quite sure .pst file used import couple days ago. help!

there might reasons why we're facing issue. better assist you, ask few questions:

  • you've mentioned able import couple of days ago, have made recent changes on pc prior issue?
  • did encounter error messages? if yes, send screenshot of exact error.
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
