Outlook 2016 -- frequently crashes -- "must close inbox -- problem - Microsoft Community


outlook 2016 installed in august 2016 solve outlook 2010 search problem.   windows 7.   

another search problem recurred 7 months later, resolved ms tech support.

afterward problem mentioned above began.

ms technical support has not been able resolve problem after 4 sessions laptop.

many opinions them why occurring, no solutions.

there no viruses deep search conducted.   office 2016 re-installed.   registry checked.   problems occurred, according ms tech support different reasons including "accelerated graphics option".      

not sure turn @ point.

any ideas?

for better assist concern, kindly provide following information:

  • when did concern start? did start right after ms tech support resolved search problem occurred 7 months ago?
  • is concern occur on other office applications?
  • are receiving error messages when outlook crashing?
  • other re-installing office 2016, checking registry, , scanning computer antivirus software, other troubleshooting steps done computer?

we'll waiting response.
