Outlook no longer receives emails but can still send them - Microsoft Community


hi!

over last few days, i've noticed 1 of inboxes registered in outlook 2013 no longer receiving emails.

the email adress configured in smart phone, how i've been able retreive emails far, nothing appears in outlook.

no error message appears , retreiving process works fine, new messages not uploaded inbox.

i have email adress same provider works fine in outlook, problem not coming them.

i can still send emails, not receive any.

please work email , need work again possible.

before proceed on troubleshooting issue, recommend outlook .pst file. this, click here.

after backing-up files, suggest remove outlook profiles. details on how, click here.

then repair outlook, know how, check article.

add profiles.

message deleted by transport agent, event: LED=550 4.3.2 - Microsoft Community

i waiting email verification code *** email address removed privacy *** after signing visual studios account. have run message trace see why email not being delivered , given following message: led=550 4.3.2 queue.transportagent; message deleted transport agent i have looked error , saying message being stuck in queue, resolve unfreeze queue. however, in order need exchange toolbox or exchange management, no longer exists office 365 since eac came about. yet haven't found queue viewers in eac can manage , unfreeze queue.   my spam filter set @ 'bypass spam filters'. have whitelisted domain, , have set connection filter allows ip address domain come through. however, after running message trace, email still being dropped. any insight on why happening?  thanks hi suean-work, according description, have try many settings on side. confirm again ‘bypass spam filters’ settings. did mean have c...
