Windows 10 outlook 2016 keep crashing and flicker - Microsoft Community


dear all, 

my computer :

lenovo e560 thinkpad 

latest version outlook 2016

latest version windows 10

antivirus software : kaspersky 

  • my outlook 2016 have serious flicker problem existing in both inbox , sent items column (can not capture flicker... email items jumping email , keep flashing )

  • also email automatically closed , email appeared in "draft" when replying email or create new item (new email)

  • furthermore, outlook 2016 turns off often.
  •  the reply button missing sometime , changed 'im'

it serious bug have ever seen in microsoft product. 

i need assist me in situation

for assist regarding outlook concern, we'd know following:

  • have made changes on computer prior issue?
  • did receive error messages when inbox , sent folder flickers?
  • is happening outlook? how other office 2016 applications?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?

message deleted by transport agent, event: LED=550 4.3.2 - Microsoft Community
