Contact Management - Microsoft Community


i have small service business, , went office 365 various reasons. want manage/link contacts have not found way ms outlook adaptable this... can't link contacts, customize views transcends mobile app, etc.  

does have tips, links video, or app using works well? i've used crm's (act, insightly, lessannoying) before, it's such overkill when want link contacts can see client feed; , crazy expensive needs -i don't need forecasting, etc...  

it's such shame, ms such great tool, seems ignores basic needs.

  • which version of office 365 using? home or business?
  • are using microsoft account or different one?
  • are using outlook app sync contacts?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
