Email Signature in Outlook 365 Keeps Deleting - Microsoft Community


i using mac osx el capitan 10.11.6

outlook 365 deleted email signature. went redo everything, saved it, , composed email , working fine. went edit shortly afterward , edit window blank exited , composed email , there no signature.

the signature worked fine 7 months no issues until couple of days ago when deleted.  signature has 4 pictures linked , other type such name, phone, etc.

hi all,

issue related incident ex102354 start time: wednesday, may 17, 2017, @ 2:13 pm utc (user impact: time zone , signature reset if users saved large signature picture in outlook on web). 

however, service health dashboard has indicated issue ex102354 has been resolved of: tuesday, may 23, 2017, @ 7:00 pm utc. if still experiencing issue, please let know starting new thread may indicate either scoping issue or independent problem.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
