Junk folder is under Journal in Outlook 2010 exchange account - Microsoft Community


i have user running outlook 2010 , junk email folder in wrong place. it's showing under journal instead of in default location. there way move proper location? , how did moved? i've seen once before can't remember how fixed it. have tried dragging location , not work.

outlook 2010, can move email folder folder in account. regarding concern, since see junk folder listed under journal folder, need move out performing steps below:

  1. right click junk folder.
  2. select move folder.
  3. click email address listed. click ok.

once done, please check if works.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
