Outlook 2016 Desktop Application. Reply all (Ctrl + Shift - Microsoft Community


i trying utilize "reply all" shortcut within outlook 2016.

i believe shortcut ctrl + shift + r

it nothing @ all.

the standard reply ctrl + r shortcut work.

how go fixing this, lot - samer.

there several factors can trigger issue experiencing when using reply shortcut. 1 of these due third party add-ins , applications. identify what's causing this, let open outlook in safe mode doing these steps:

  1. press windows key + r.
  2. type outlook /safe in open box, , press enter.
  3. if application works fine in safe mode, reopen outlook in normal mode , disable add-ins. check if run same difficulty after doing these procedures.

this diagnose if there third party add-ins, applications, , software causing kind of behavior on shortcut keys.
