my "archive.pst" file on d drive full - on 95%

i want move c drive has plenty of room.

how please?

hi,

you can find pst files doing following :

open control panel > mail > email accounts > choose account > data files tab > open file location

from there can move anywhere want.

see these instructions : move outlook data file (.pst) different folder

let me know helped.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
