Outlook for Mac 2016 15.32 170309 -- Unread Email No Longer a - Microsoft Community


hi all,

my outlook updated yesterday version listed in subject. when opened app morning noticed unread email no longer coloured blue differentiate read email, bolded. perhaps it's eyesight, can no longer see email read , not.

i've uploaded screenshot shows i'm talking about. top 4 messages read, bottom 4 unread.

is intentionally changed, or problem i'm having outlook client? if conscious design decision, can please reverted? or @ least give more control how our message lists displayed visually.

we heard recent changes made how unread email looks in message list not clear enough starting week’s insider fast release (15.34.170411), unread email in message list better differentiated before.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
