Outlook not react to buttons and do not send mails, but receive - Microsoft Community


dears, face problem outlook on mac stop working. can mails, when clic buttons not working, not reacting (send, resend, mark read , on).

i delete , install again outlook, restarted competer. have no idea had happened , how can solve it.

can please advice if there solution.

version have 15.21.1 outlook mac

glad hear can run outlook mac client smoothly creating new profile. if emails on local computer, lost when delete old profile.

you can data before deleting old profile referring article: export items archive file in outlook mac.

try if can click export in navigation bar , export want .olm file.

note: please confirm if emails stored in new profile (not on computer folders) after achieving data. can use new profile , things under on computer folder lost , cannot recovered.

if cannot meet requirement, please let know.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
