Powerpoint crashes when inserting a .wav file - Microsoft Community


have powerpoint 2010. when go insert audio (.wav file), program crashes. why? can do?

powerpoint crashes when inserting .wav file can happened due non-microsoft program integrated work powerpoint. if have non-microsoft program, suggest disable , try insert audio file check if crash again. may follow steps below additional troubleshooting:

• perform clean boot in windows
•repair office application

let know how goes.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
