hi,
i have message "remote server returned '550 5.7.705 access denied, tenant has exceeded threshold. more information please go http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=524931 as831'" when seding emails since yesterday. still can receive emails cannot send without receiving message.
i have account many years , did not experience before.
moreover not send lot of emails or lot of recipients therefore nothing can explain this.
i looked @ similar threads in forum without findingg proper solution apply case.
i have same issue either when use computer or samsung send message.
i have account creatd former school, not studying there many years don't know if global issue domain or local issue account.
can me active email address?

a few possible reasons can cause of issue. identify cause of problem, know following information:
- are using microsoft or third-party email account?
- which type of account configured? (pop3, imap or exchange)
- what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
keep updated status of issue.
