Why word document file properties have create date, last modified date - Microsoft Community


i received email attachments in word .doc , .docx format excel files in outlook. when checked file properties of files, have 1/1/1901 or 1/2/1902 create date, last modified date , last printed date. author , last modified set none. why this?

regarding concern, may ask date set or saved on computer? reason why have said dates on office documents because of computer's system date. date set on computer set what  document be.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
