posting try else experiencing problem ran into. use office365 @ work. have used number of different methods connect email use office365 in browser (chrome) , outlook app on iphone.
in office365 - had 6 old emails stuck in inbox. did not appear in other email clients. if tried move them or delete them shortly reappear.
the answer - turned off "offline access" - relaunched app within browser , deleted emails. re-enabled "offline access" - problem solved.
