sometimes can , cannot move email messages email folders. 

i message " cannot move items. operation cannot performed because message has been changed."

i installed office 365 last year , installed office home , business 2016 +outlook few weeks ago.

how can move emails email folders create.

is there phone #  i can call , speak customer service assistance.
