  • were there changes in outlook or on computer before happened?
  • are there add-ins installed , active on outlook?
  • do encounter same concern if access outlook in safe mode?
  • have performed repair outlook or other troubleshooting steps?

hello, i've problems receiving mails office365 email address. Disable one-click archive - Microsoft Community

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
