Users unable to connect to Outlook (2013) and Outlook - Microsoft Community


hi,

- https://outlook.office365.com  webmail working fine. 

ie11 pop in outlook (page cannot displayed)

troubleshooting steps done,

1) changed sign in options value 2 0

regedit > current user > software > microsoft > office > 15 > common > signin > signin options 

-= didn't help, still prompting 

2) renamed outlook

regedit > current user > software > microsoft > office > 15 > outlook > renamed outlook.old

- tried create new profile, while creating again pop ups

hi,

we're seeing here have concerns regarding account in outlook. experiencing issue in outlook 2013 or outlook.com? protocol being used account, pop or imap?

Disable one-click archive - Microsoft Community

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
