can't reply or forward message - Outlook 2013 - Windows 8 - Microsoft Community


hello,

i can receive emails, cannot directly reply them or forward them. happens either emails containg attached files or without.

this problem pretty new, experienced 1 day ago.

i tried restrarting outlook, restarting windows, checking office updates, running outlook in safe mode...

please help!

can try checking if can send in outlook web access isolate app or server issues. :d

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
