Impression Tracking Pixels in Outlook 2013 - Microsoft Community


hi all,

one of clients represent having issues e-mail marketing activity: users of both outlook 2013 , of outlook 2016 complain warning message appears when open newsletter our client. newsletter contains standard impression tracking pixel.

the warning message on screen shows redirect/connection standard impression tracking pixel embedded in e-mail.

the warning message persists 30seconds, before user can proceed session. in worst cases, users machines freeze , need rebooted.

can please advise?

  • when did issue start?
  • did make changes before issue started?
  • have tried running windows update troubleshooter? if no, kindly check link download windows update troubleshooter.
  • are using windows 10? if yes, can click on link run troubleshooter windows apps.
