Outlook 2016 folders disappear - Microsoft Community


hello 

i have problem when press send/receive own made folders in outlook disappear.

if have idea help.

microsoft outlook mac version 15.29 (161209)

hi peter,

 

to fix issue, try creating new outlook mac profile to see if there improvement.

 

if doesn’t work, can try uninstalling , reinstalling outlook mac client see if issue can fixed.

 

besides, i’d collect more information understand situation better:

  1. did issue happen in organization?
  2. are setting office 365 business account outlook mac client?
  3. what if set email account problematic outlook mac client, same issue happen?

message deleted by transport agent, event: LED=550 4.3.2 - Microsoft Community

i waiting email verification code *** email address removed privacy *** after signing visual studios account. have run message trace see why email not being delivered , given following message: led=550 4.3.2 queue.transportagent; message deleted transport agent i have looked error , saying message being stuck in queue, resolve unfreeze queue. however, in order need exchange toolbox or exchange management, no longer exists office 365 since eac came about. yet haven't found queue viewers in eac can manage , unfreeze queue.   my spam filter set @ 'bypass spam filters'. have whitelisted domain, , have set connection filter allows ip address domain come through. however, after running message trace, email still being dropped. any insight on why happening?  thanks hi suean-work, according description, have try many settings on side. confirm again ‘bypass spam filters’ settings. did mean have c...
