i have added office 365/outlook email account locally-installed outlook 2013. i have search folder set list email in mail folders. for weeks now, search folder has been listing blank items located in folder named personmetadata. i cannot find folder anywhere or information it. can delete blank items. what going on? hi dai, sorry inconvenience caused issue. please note our relevant team still working on issue, there still no eta when issue fixed. let know if have updates. meanwhile, now, suggest you  narrow search scope down entering search criteria or ignore folder. thanks understanding. regards, robert Office / Outlook / Windows 10 / Office 365 for business

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
