Outlook .PST file size - Microsoft Community


i using office 2010 win7.  i received error message stating outlook file  is large or words effect.  so deleted large number of emails , emptied 2 deleted folders , lo , behold, .pst file remained same size before.  however, haven't had error message since.  what's going on???

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
