for reason having issues printing emails - getting double lines 1 above other overlapped makes impossible read printed emails

there multiple reasons why text overlapped when printing outlook 2010. best address concern, need answer following questions:

 

• is issue happening when you’re printing other office applications such word, or limited outlook?
• are getting error when printing specific file format, or happening file formats?
• did make changes device before issue happened?
• what troubleshooting steps have done far?
