Any resources to learn First Release Customer Manager - Microsoft Community


1 thing cannot figure out how call customer manager when in contacts. icon appears when in email.

generally, can access outlook customer manager through button on outlook ribbon in mail tab or through navigation pane. therefore, if in contacts tab , access outlook customer manager, can use navigation pane access it. choose   in navigation pane , choose add-ins. more details, can refer following article:

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
