Delisting Public IP - Microsoft Community


we've tried o365 anti-spam ip delist portal.  first tried around 5 hours ago.  @ point told in 30 minutes ip address delisted.  however,  problem continued,  we've tried again (and again etc).  when try delist message saying "the request delist ip address xxx has been denied , have escalated request microsoft support.  however, there's no information on turnaround time or how contact correct support team.

this issue huge - unable contact numerous clients , candidates until it's resolved.

we aren't office 365 customers (though considering solution). right using microsoft exchnage 2016. there other way can expedite unblocking our ip address.

since not office 365 customers , using microsoft exchange server 2016, not able provide official support because forum focuses on office 365 business online services. understanding.

meanwhile, notice you've posted similar thread @ our exchange server forum. please keep monitoring thread, engineers there fix issue. if there can office 365's side, please don't hesitate post let me know. glad you.

since not office 365 customers currently, please involve admin of office 365 recipient thread because need collect information office 365 recipient side can delist ip address you.

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
