Messages sent from an Outlook-attached O365 shared mailbox... - Microsoft Community


...aren't saved sent items folder of shared mailbox in outlook. how fix that?

  • were able locate sent email? if so, folder in?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?

Disable one-click archive - Microsoft Community

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
