Outlook 2010 (connected to Exchange 365) does not accept any - Microsoft Community


background:

we have mfa office 365 enabled throughout organization.

some staff members using office 2010.

we have used powershell set modern authentication outlook 2016 , skype, because trying avoid using app passwords (because confuse staff).

problem:

over last week, have started getting reports outlook 2010 users authentication window appears , not accept password, either app password or personal one. disable , re-enable mfa did not resolve issue, , neither did resetting personal pw or creating new app passwords.

the thing seems work upgrading them office 2016 which, due increased cost, we're trying avoid if possible.

any advice in matter appreciated.

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
