accessing Unisa's email - Microsoft Community

i have email account university of south africa can access. last week tried access unisa email , ended on office 365 page

and asked confirm user name , password after doing it 

i told both not recognized

then wanted me complete form

so see rescue email account

the form had questions not answer

and @ end locked me out of account

does know if new unisa thing or what?

or email

after contacting unisa

they said fine

after contacting  microsoft support

i told problem was

that need included in office 365

realm before emails?????

confused??? yes,, totally

any ideas

the email service provided university.

technically requirements of accessing account should handled university.

what can -

1. find out if other university mates face same problem

2. contact correct university support department check on account verify correctly setup.
